Information processed through our Services. Our products — VibeCheck, VibeSpot, VibeTracker, and our mobility services — analyze public reviews, social posts, and feedback on behalf of our city and business customers. When we process this data, we act on our customer's instructions under a separate service agreement; this policy does not cover that processing.
